The principle of vibrating discs

There is a pulse electromagnet under the vibrating plate hopper, which can make the hopper vibrate vertically. The inclined spring plate drives the hopper to rotate around its vertical axis for torsional vibration. The parts inside the hopper, due to this vibration, rise along the spiral track until they are delivered to the discharge port. The purpose of its work is to automatically, orderly, and accurately transport disordered workpieces to the next process through vibration.
